Gifts

The best gift is your presence in Palm Springs, but if for some reason you can’t join, or you just love the tradition of wedding gifts, on our registries you can find traditional (much needed) gifts, experiences picked by you, and our honeymoon fund:

The Little Ones

Our wedding will be an adult affair, but we also realize Palm Springs is a great family getaway. Kids are welcome to join the Friday Welcome Dinner, Saturday Pool Hangout Time, and Sunday Brunch.
If you plan to bring the little ones, some guests will be hiring babysitters for kid-free events. If you’re interested in teaming up, email our friend (and fellow wedding guest) Cathy Schlangen (cathyrose@gmail.com). You can also book your own babysitter through the following recommended services:

AUNT FRANS BABYSITTERS (760.321.9294)
DESERT SUPER SITTERS (760.401.6248)

Getting to

Palm Springs

FLYING
Palm Springs airport is the easiest and most glamorous. It’s a quick 1.5hr flight from San Francisco. Upon arrival you can easily grab a taxi or Uber to the hotel (about a 7 min ride). Ontario airport (similar flight time from SF) is a great second option, and somewhat cheaper (1hr drive to Palm Springs). You can also fly into LA (LAX). The drive to Palm Springs is about 1 hour 50 mins. Shuttles from LAX or Ontario to Palm Springs are also an option if you don’t want to rent a car.

DRIVING
If you’re feeling like an adventure or live in Southern California, Palm Springs is a 7.5hrs drive from SF, and ~2hrs from LA. We could give you turn by turn directions, but google maps may be a safer bet.
